This place is tops for pho. Had 1 small bowl each and shared the fried spring rolls and fresh pork rolls as well, all of it was brilliant.❤️special shout out to the homemade spicy sauce that was something my friend and I both agreed we would buy in jars if it was available:) excellent. Super lovely woman working the front of the restaurant and we both really enjoyed the atmosphere. We will be back soon, so glad we tried it out

Cute restaurant; believe it is family-run. The spring rolls are yummy (one of the better ones flavour-wise), pho is good (for Kingston but not comparable to GTA). Would not recommend fried rice dishes - portion is a bit small and there are other things on the menu that are tastier. Would recommend if you are craving Viet and no where near Toronto. :p

Cosy, friendly little gem with delicious comfort food!

This is a restaurant with too much veggie. As everything is cooked on hot soup, too much veggie makes it feel raw. Portion is ok and service is fast but the taste of the soup is just not feel right.

Worst customer service , the owner of the restaurant don't know how to speak with customers.

GLASS IN FOOD!!! Ate out of the container and Found chunk of glass in the food! When I called the girl didn't understand me and when I finally got a manager he told me they had no glass in the restaurant!!! Lol Look at there pictures

They serve terrible Pho with no Lemon/Lime and a few slide green onion. My husband ordered "special Pho", it has 3 shrimps, some slides of squid and some fake crabs. I'm Vietnamese and I must say that is not Pho and very poor quality. Even they refused me to return the cocacola can that my little son order but he did not open yet.

This was a great spot. Tiny little restaurant very basic decor. So it was all about the food, and the food didn’t disappoint.It was a few weeks ago but I seem to remember everyone at my table happen to order the same dish. Great Springrolls. Great space at the table. Everything we had there was fantastic.This is not a fancy dinner place. This is a nice regular place with good food. I was in shorts and felt like I fit in.

They've always been very friendly, and the food is delicious!

I was a regular customer at this restaurant for years and even supported it with 1-2 pick-up orders per week during COVID-19. But when I picked up my order today, the guy working at the restaurant was extremely rude, unlike the ladies that used to be there to take orders. I will never order anything from this restaurant ever again.

Bland, no flavour, honestly takes like mr noodles. The only thing that had flavour was sweet and sour and that was thrown together... this place has gone down hill.

Eat there whenever I can great food and even better staff :)

Good Vietnamese food. I really enjoy the pad Thai. Unfortunately, the portion sizes are smaller than a few years ago.

Needed to grab lunch in Kingston and were feeling for Vietnamese. After seeing so many great reviews we decided to give Dong Nai a try, and we're very glad we did.Friendly service, really reasonable prices and terrific food. My phõ was terrific, the tripe was fresh and sliced thin, lots of rare beef and beef balls and really tasty broth. My wife had the shrimp and pork on rice and loved it - oh, and the spring rolls were fresh, piping hot and just fantastic.We can definitely recommend Dong Nai, and we'll be sure to come back next time we're in town!

The food is always amazing, he service is great. Nothing bad I could say about this place. Tons of gluten free options. Really delicious.

The food is alright but the service is terrible. Girl is apathetic and the guy is very rude and unprofessional.

Change of ownership or staff. I used to come here all the time and now the customer service is appalling. Extremely rude and unfriendly people.

Portions were huge, food was delicious, and the server was super nice!

We were craving soup so we picked up the “spicy seafood soup” from here for takeout. It was rather underwhelming and wasn’t anything to rave about. We ordered a large and the soup only had two shrimp total! Weird texture on the other pieces of seafood and could have been quality. If you want more business your dishes need to improve!

Consistently the best Pho and Vietnamese in town! The gluten free items on the menu are clearly marked and there are vegan/vegetarian options as well. Very fast service. Vege spring rolls are especially good and crispy.

Some of the best pho I've had in Canada. The broth was amazing, flavorful, and perfectly salty. Can't wait to go back.

The curry and vietnamese dishes are excellent. The space is intimate but a little cramped. The prices are reasonable. I've enjoyed every experience there with my family.

Just showed up and they are closed with no notice. Website and Google says they are open until 8:30pm. Brutal service , try this restaurant if you don't mind wasting gas as you never can be sure if they are open or not. I Do Not Recommend this place anymore unfortunately.

I was shown this place a while ago and I've been in love ever since. Very casual place with an average interior, but the food is delicious and affordable. My go-to is #17.

I have eaten here many times. Take-out and dine-in. Always good food with friendly service. It's not a Thai place, but the Pad Thai (#35) s excellent.

I did not like this place at all. I ordered a pho soup and rice paper shimp rolls for take out. There was a hair in my soup but whatever that happens sometimes even if it's kind of gross. That might have been okay but there was only one very thin slice of beef in my soup and the spring roll were very bland. On top of the less than mediocre food everything had a flavor as though it had spent a week in a messy refrigerator. Overall super disappointing. There are so many great options when it comes to places to eat in Kingston and I don't think this one is one of them
